—In the Medical News & Perspectives article entitled "Achieving Global Child Health Goals," published in the July 12,1995, issue of The Journal (JAMA. 1995;274:103-105), the number of countries reporting elimination of neonatal tetanus was incorrect. On page 104 under the side heading "The Remaining Goals," the last sentence of the first paragraph should read: "Nyi Nyi said 83 countries have achieved the goal."
