Seven Weeks to Better Sex, a self-help book written in everyday language, is for couples seeking solutions to sexual problems. Dr Renshaw has drawn upon her rich clinical experience of almost a quarter of a century as director of the Loyola Sex Therapy Clinic to design this program. She acknowledges that no book can completely replicate the experience of attending a clinic, but she maintains that it is possible to derive substantial benefit from reading the book combined with exercises done at home.
