Abstract

This compendium of 26 health care reform plans from A to U (American Academy of Pediatrics to US Chamber of Commerce) gives vital data for each in a one- to two-page table. Robert Petersdorf, MD, president of the AAMC, in his foreword positions this guide with other efforts of the organization to support health care reform, namely, "determining ways in which academic medicine can contribute to reform efforts" and "increas[ing] the number of primary care physicians."
