In Reply.  —The clarification by Drs Poo and Ariyan is noted. Their revised results are now more in concert with those we reported, and they provide further support for the follow-up schedule in our revised protocol. As discussed in our article, these patients are seen for a history and examination monthly for 2 months, every other month for the rest of the first year, at 4-month intervals for the next year, at 6-month intervals for the next 3 years, and annually thereafter.
