Incorrect Values and Missing Sentence.

—In the Original Contribution entitled "Folic Acid Fortification in the Food Supply," published in the December 18, 1996, issue of THE JOURNAL (1996;276: 1879-1885), incorrect percentages were given in the first full sentence on page 1884, and the sentence that should have followed the first sentence was omitted. The sentences should read as follows: "At 280 μg/100 mg, these risks should be reduced by 5% and 9%, respectively. At 350 μg/100 mg, the risks should be reduced by 6% and 10%, respectively."
