—In the Original Contribution entitled "Fifteen-Year Survival in Prostate Cancer: A Prospective, Population-Based Study in Sweden," by Johansson et al, published in the February 12, 1997, issue of The Journal (1997;277:467-471), an error occurred in Table 3. The number of metastases for Grade I and Grade II prostate cancer should be 12 and 12.
