Abstract

—Dr. Christopher Columbus Graham, of Louisville, Kentucky, recently celebrated his hundredth birthday in the enjoyment of a banquet tendered to him by his neighbors.

The eminent professor, Luigi Somma, of Naples, fell at his post of professional duty a victim to the cholera epidemic, on the 19th of September, 1884.
