Personal.  —Dr. and Mrs. William J. Sheehan, New Haven, who went to Paris in October of last year as volunteers for service in the American Ambulance Hospital, have returned. —Dr. Erastus P. Swasey, New Britain, who has been under treatment in the Charter Oak Hospital, Hartford, is showing improvement and has returned home.—Dr. Charles J. Bartlett has been elected president of the Board of Health of New Haven,
