Halliburton's well-known book has been again revised to bring it up to the minute in the rapidly growing knowledge of human physiology. The newly-determined facts concerning the ductless glands, the pituitary, etc., and the brain, have necessitated the restatement of many things, which has been done in this tenth edition. This is likewise true of the function of digestion and its chemistry. Many new illustrations have been added, a number of them being colored.
