Abstract

This edition differs from the edition published six years ago chiefly in arrangement, improved illustrations, and in the chapters on congenital dislocation, scoliosis. and coxa vara, as it is especially in these subjects that recent advance has been made. It is noteworthy that one of the authors has been a large contributor to this advance in congenital dislocation of the hip, while the other has borne the same relation to scoliosis; the sections on these subjects, therefore, are authoritative.
