Abstract

Philadelphia, Nov. 25, 1903.

To the Editor:  —I wish to correct a mistake which I allowed to remain when correcting the report of my remarks on the papers of Drs. Dunning and Bovée. This discussion appeared in The Journal, November 14, page 1194. I was reported as speaking of a method of diffusion of mercury through the "abdominal wall" for chronic inflammation of the uterine appendages. It should have been "vaginal wall." The method referred to is described in a paper in The Journal, Aug. 30, 1902, and I will be glad to send reprints to those who wish them.
