The Trunk Line Association, covering the eastern railroads, as well as some of the other passenger associations, have granted a rate of one fare for the round trip, plus $1.00, for the coming session of the American Medical Association. Undoubtedly all of the other passenger associations will take the same action, so that we may depend on one-half rates from all parts of the country. An extension of time to June 30 will be granted on payment of $1.00. Those coming from the Pacific Coast points can have an extension of return limit up to August 31. This concession to our friends on the Pacific Coast is made, of course, on the supposition that, after coming so far, they will want to take advantage of the trip to visit friends or to see the attractions of the east. Efforts are being made to secure such arrangements that one may go
