Abstract

Minutes of Section on Diseases of Children.  In the official minutes of the sections published in The Journal, July 7, the proceedings of the Section on Diseases of Children, Friday morning, June 8, were omitted. They are as follows:

Friday, June 8—Morning.  Dr. E. T. Shelley, Atchison, Kan., read a paper on "Superstition in Teratology." The paper was discussed by Drs. D. S. Hanson, Cleveland; George N. Acker, Washington; William T. Watson, Baltimore; G. W. Baker, Ogden, Utah; J. B. Learned, Northampton. Mass.; J. L. Morse, Boston; L. F. Bishop, New York; B. B. Simms, Talladega, Ala.; J. L. Morse. Boston, and E. T. Shelley.Dr. Samuel Amberg, Baltimore, read a paper on "The Opsonic Content of the Blood of Infants."Dr. Louis Faugères Bishop read a paper entitled "Constitutional Low Arterial Tension in Children." The paper was discussed by Drs. Arthur W. Fairbanks, Boston, Samuel M. Hamill, and L.
