Abstract

In order to avail themselves of the excursion rates, those purchasing tickets must obtain from the railway agent at the starting point a certificate that full fare has been paid by the purchaser from the starting point to the place of meeting. On arrival at the place of meeting, this certificate is handed to the registration committee. (This year a separate envelope has been provided.) The Secretary will then sign the certificate, and return it through the postoffice to the member. This signed certificate, presented to the agent at the place of meeting when returning will enable the purchaser to secure a return ticket for one-third fare.
