Second Pan-American Medical Congress.  —Dr. John B. Hamilton has been appointed Vice-President of the Auxiliary Committee at Chicago, to coöperate with the Committee of Management at Mexico. We have received at this office a number of circulars, etc., to distribute to those interested. All are in English.We add the Secretary's appeal to the profession at large:Mexico City, January, 1896.
