This, as its title indicates, is the Transactions of the second meeting of this Association. The Association is one which is bound to make itself felt in the lines of scientific obstetrics and gynecology. Its first two meetings have been pronounced successes. The present beautiful volume of Transactions contains papers read and discussed covering the whole range of obstetrics and gynecology, by the following well-known men: Rollin L.
