—In my opinion The Journal should remain where it is. It is centrally located and prosperous. Chicago bids fair to become one of the great centres of learning, generally and specially. Sooner or later, its great clinical advantages will go far toward helping to make it one of the, if not the centre of medical learning.Effingham, Ill., February 26, 1891.
