To the Editor:—
The only possible connection of Prague University and the word "German" might conceivably be the fact that Prague, the capital of Bohemia, was, at that time, in the territory of the Holy Roman Empire. Charles I, king of Bohemia, became German Emperor only seven years after he had founded the Prague University.
