To the Editor:—
We used to be taught that cervical cancer in the Semitic races was extremely low and that a possible reason for this was the fact that all Semitic males were circumcised which in turn caused less trauma, less cervical irritation, and possibly the transmission of fewer causally related pathogens. Is this no longer a widely accepted concensus?
