Three new assistant professors have been appointed to the Duke University Medical Center faculty. They are M. STEPHEN MAHALEY, MD, PhD, PETER M. BURKHOLDER, MD, and NORBERT B. ENZER, MD.

Dr. Mahaley, an assistant professor of neurosurgery, retains that position in addition to his appointment as assistant professor of anatomy.

Dr. Burkholder has been named assistant professor of pathology; Dr. Enzer is now assistant professor in psychiatry and an associate in pediatrics.

NEAL MILLER, MD, now James Rowland Angell Professor of Psychology at Yale University, has been appointed professor at Rockefeller University. He will assume his new post July 1.

Dr. Miller received the National Medal of Science from President Johnson in 1965 "for sustained and imaginative research on principles of learning and motivation and illuminating behavioral analysis of the effects of direct electrical stimulation of the brain."
