Figure Described Incorrectly

JAMA. 2014;312(10):1061. doi:10.1001/jama.2014.10573

In the Global Health feature published in the July 16, 2014, issue of JAMA (2014;312[3]:222. doi:10.1001/jama.2014.7977), the figure legend described the wrong disease in relation to the image shown. The legend should have read, “A major outbreak of chikungunya virus infection is occurring in the Caribbean and South America. The infection is being spread primarily by 2 species of mosquitoes found in much of the Americas.” This article was corrected online.
