Incorrect Labels in Figure 2 Key

In the Original Investigation entitled “Alignment of Do-Not-Resuscitate Status With Patients’ Likelihood of Favorable Neurological Survival After In-Hospital Cardiac Arrest” published in the September 22/29, 2015, issue of JAMA,1 the labels in the key of Figure 2 were presented in reverse order. This article was corrected online.
