Incorrect Minor Allele Frequency

In the Editorial “Establishing the Clinical Validity of Arrhythmia-Related Genetic Variations Using the Electronic Medical Record: A Valid Take on Precision Medicine?” published in the January 5, 2016, issue of JAMA,1 an incorrect value was given for the minor allele frequency of the rare variants identified; it should have been <0.5%. This article was corrected online.
