Chronic, infantile, neurological, cutaneous, and articular (CINCA) syndrome is a rare inflammatory disorder, described for the first time by Prieur and Griscelli1 in 1981. About 35 cases have been described in the literature since then. We report the first Belgian child with this syndrome, which is characterized by a chronic urticarial rash, inflammatory arthritis, neurological involvement, and specific morphological features.
