A Case of Generalized Necrotizing Granuloma.—Presentedby DR. C. W. ALLEN.
DR. S. SHERWELL said he believed the case was one of acne of the cachecticvariety and varioliform. On examination he had not found any glandular enlargements, but he had discovered an excellent condition of the teeth, such as would notbe presented by a strumous individual. The teeth were thickly coated withenamel.
