Epiluminescence micoscopy (ELM) is a noninvasive technique for the diagnosis of pigmented skin lesions (PSLs).14 Epiluminescence micoscopy criteria are all static criteria that can be evaluated for their presence or absence.5 We describe a new dynamic ELM approach and describe new dynamic ELM criteria.
