Acne induced by anti–epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) has been well described. Recently, 2 cases of trichomegaly and 1 case of hypertrichosis of the chest have been reported in association with anti-EGFR therapies.13 We report the first case to our knowledge of facial hypertrichosis after treatment with cetuximab, an anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody.
