A 32-year-old white woman presented with asymptomatic scattered, blanchable, red-to-purple telangiectasias on her left mid arm (Figure 1 and Figure 2). The patient reported the onset of 15 years prior to presentation. Retrospectively, a correlation with the initiation of oral contraceptives was noted.
