A 26-year-old man presented for cosmetic removal of multiple soft nodules at the margins of his eyelids and the tip of his tongue (Figure 1 and Figure 2). The nodules had been present since early childhood. His family history revealed no similar findings. Recently, the patient had recurrent generalized excessive sweating and tachycardia and had been hospitalized several times for constipation.
