Abstract

This is a report of two cases of poikiloderma congenitale in siblings. A discussion of the various abnormalities associated with this syndrome is presented, and the pertinent literature of this congenital disorder, first reported in 1868, is briefly reviewed. The hitherto unexplored chromosomal pattern is introduced.
