Anderson, MD, Columbia, Mo, Moderator:  Now, then, if we may proceed now, I would like to move very quickly to ask you for discussion and questions, and then as the questions lead into important topics people on the panel have certain subjects they would like to discuss at length. The presentation by Dr. Handler was most interesting and I think we would do well to hear several questions and see where this leads us. If you would like to begin then, let me have a question to lead off, the first olive out of the bottle is the difficult one.
