Abstract

A patient who developed Bowen's disease and invasive squamous-cell carcinoma of the epidermis within the limits of a congenital linear nevus is reported. Bowen's disease had been present for seven years; squamous-cell carcinoma was first noted after the carcinoma in situ had been treated with topically applied fluorouracil.
