Failure of Leucovorin "Rescue" in Methotrexate Treatment of Psoriasis

An attempt to use leucovorin calcium "rescue" in ten patients with severe psoriasis who had been successfully treated with methotrexate resulted in failure due to increased psoriatic activity.
