To the Editor.—  The case of a man who was resistant to fluorouracil applied topically even when fortified by purposeful exposure to direct sunshine was reported in 1969.1 This is to report that he responded with a normal inflammatory reaction and therapeutic result in 1970 to 5% fluorouracil solution (Efudex).
