Abstract

Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus of the palms occurred in a 71-year-old woman. Clinical and histopathological appearance are similar to involvement of lichen sclerosus et atrophicus at other sites. To our knowledge, this is the first report of lichen sclerosus et atrophicus of the palms.
