Abstract

A case of invasive and extensive basal cell epithelioma of the zygomatic region occurred with metastasis to a deep zygomatic lymph node. The clinically unrecognizable metastasis was discovered during chemosurgical excision of the primary tumor in the skin, demonstrating the value and accuracy of chemosurgery in the management of basal cell epithelioma.
