Two additional cases of disseminate and recurrent infundibulo-folliculitis bring the total to five. One of the present cases is the first to our knowledge to involve a female. The eruption in these two patients was not as striking as those previously described but the disorder still appears to be clinically unique. It is emphasized that the histopathologic changes, while not diagnostic, are consistent and possibly distinctive.
