Extensive Lichen Sclerosus et Atrophicus in a 7-Year-Old Boy

A case of extensive lichen sclerosus et atrophicus, without anogenital involvement, occurred in a 7-year-old white boy. The lesions improved remarkably following topical corticosteroid therapy. However, the possibility of spontaneous resolution should also be considered.
