Abstract

A 10-year-old boy developed multiple basal cell epitheliomas with sebaceous differentiation. The histopathologic findings by light and electron microscopy are described. A variant of basal cell tumor, this epithelioma must be distinguished from multiple trichoepitheliomas and sebaceous tumors.
