Urticaria Pigmentosa and Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

A young boy had urticaria pigmentosa and the concomitant occurrence of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It is possible that the leukemic process may be a complication of systemic urticaria pigmentosa. The various forms of leukemia that have occurred in this condition are noted.
