Abstract

Two black women had Bowen disease of nonhair-bearing manual skin. These bring the total to nine of such cases in the literature. The seven other patients were white; four were men. The lesion of one of our patients allegedly appeared at age six, 14 years earlier than any of the previously reported cases.
