Abstract

A patient had urticaria pigmentosa associated with generalized scleroderma. The patient had had lesions of mastocytosis for many years before the onset of scleroderma. Many areas of skin showed evidence of both diseases simultaneously. To our knowledge, the occurrence of these two diseases in one patient has not been previously reported.
