Abstract

In a case of pyoderma gangrenosum, the initial ulcer was treated by local wound care and hyperbaric oxygen. The recurrent ulcers were treated with hyperbaric oxygen only. Prompt healing occurred in both instances. To our knowledge, this is the first report of management of this entity by hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
