Abstract

To the Editor.—  I would like to report the results of the cutaneous changes in four patients with mycosis fungoides who were treated with cyclic chemotherapy using cyclophosphamide, vincristine sulfate (Oncovin), and prednisone (COP). In one case, there was complete remission of disease for 15 months. In another, there was 50% regression of tumors with healing of the ulcerated surfaces. The third patient showed complete clearing of scaling and redness of the skin, and the fourth patient experienced progression of lesions while being treated with COP.
