Abstract

A 27-year-old man had leukonychia totalis, multiple sebaceous cysts, and renal calculi. Pedigree analysis showed a total of four generations involved, with koilonychia additionally present in three of the affected individuals. Autosomal dominant inheritance is a postulation.
