In Reply.—  The venereal history of the three patients in my report was clearly stated. Earlier reports stressed the nonvenereal nature, and until the studies of additional patients are accomplished the common nomenclature was used. My personal opinion is that sclerosing lymphangitis of the penis is acquired sexually.
