Abstract

To the Editor.—  I was very interested in the communication of Callen et al in the November issue of the Archives (113, 1585-1586, 1977).Together with Basset' I published a report in 1971 of two cases of pyoderma gangrenosum associated with myeloid disorder. One case was of an 80-year-old with myeloid metaplasia and polycythemia. The other was of a 60-year-old man with myelosclerosis and leukopenia. In our report we also noted two similar previous cases.2,3
