Abstract

To the Editor. —  A sebaceous gland is present within the reticular dermis in the photomicrograph of the lesion of lichen sclerosis et atrophicus from the sole of the foot in the article by Petrozzi et al entitled "Palmar-Plantar Lichen Sclerosus et Atrophicus" (Archives 115:884, 1979).This is a most unusual finding and is worthy of further comment from the authors.
