Abstract

• A macular, linear, hyperpigmented lesion developed on a 34-year-old woman's leg in the area innervated by the sural nerve. Light and electron microscopic study of the lesion showed superficial dermal melanocytosis. To the best of our knowledge, this lesion is distinct from previously described entities.
