In Reply.—  Perhaps Dr Garcia's concept and mine of what is "stable" psoriasis differ. With many attempts, I have not been able to induce new lesions in cases of fixed, inveterate, unchanging psoriasis. In a recent personal communication from Rees,1 he reiterates his previously recorded observation—that psoriasis on the "upswing" is the form susceptible to "Koebnerization."
